How do I sell my device?

1. Go to our home page and follow the steps at the top of the page.

Choose what phone model you have.

We will show our offers.

Accept and choose how you want to be paid.

Remove your iCloud, Google, and Samsung account depending on which device model you have.

2. Ship us your phone using prepaid shipping label we send to you.

3. We'll send your payment within 72 hours of receiving your device.

What if I forgot my password? (iCloud, Google, Samsung)

Only you can remove your iCloud, Google, or Samsung Account from your device. Phone manufacturers have implemented that rule to discourage stealing.

If you don't remember your password, use your phone manufacturer's Forgot Password service to reset your password. If that doesn't work, call their customer service department.

Can I sell multiple phones?

Absolutely!

Go through the quote process and get a shipping label for each phone that you have.

Use the same name and email each time.

Then you can ship all of the phones in one box, using any of the shipping labels we provided.

What if I don’t see my phone model in your list?

We focus on phones released in the recent four to six years. If you don't see your phone on our list, then we don’t accept it.

Do you send me a box?

No.

To keep things speedy we give you a free shipping label immediately. Just print it out and use it on any spare box or envelope you have.

How long does it take to arrive to your company?

It usually takes 2-3 days for your phone to arrive at our office from the day you ship it. We'll send your payment no more than 72 hours from when it comes to us.
